What is the Lymphatic System?
The lymphatic system
is a vital compliment to the blood's circulatory system. Without the
lymph system the veins and arteries of the vascular circulatory system
cannot do its job.
The lymph system has
two functions:

Rebound for Health
"Rebounding is the
most efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by man."
The Miracles of Rebounding
Exercise; Carter, Albert E.; The National Institute of Reboundology
and Health, Inc. Edmonds, Washington, 1979
NASA says,
"...for similar levels of heart rate and oxygen consumption, the magnitude
of the biomechanical stimuli is greater with jumping on a trampoline than
with running, a finding that might help identify acceleration parameters
needed for the design of remedial procedures to avert deconditioning in
persons exposed to weightlessness." (Emphasis added) N.A.S.A., Journal of Applied
Physiology 49(5): 881-887

Rebound 'Health Bounce'
Method
The 'health
bounce' is the most efficient means to move lymph. The 'health
bounce' consists of gentle up-and-down bounce movements, standing
upright, feet just
barely come off the trampoline mat. It's that easy !!!!
At first,
beginners will feel noxious and ill. This is part of
detoxification. So... be close to a bathroom !!! Beginners
might want to start slowly... maybe health bounce 5-10 minutes, 3
times a day. Also, wear socks, the mat will rub bear feet.
You can gradually increase the time and fit the exercise in your daily
routine. Advance users might watch a 2 hour movie while
bouncing.... it will drive everybody in the room crazy :-)
In the course of
bouncing, you will experience an effect called 'cellular memory'.
Depending on your health condition, long time trapped toxins and
proteins surrounding cells will dislodge and drain allowing the cells to
fully breathe
and eat, maybe for the first time- in a long time. The
experience and effect might even be pronounce and miraculous.
However, ounce rebounding ceases, the cells will lapse back to their
original condition. Consistent rebounding, over a period of time,
will eventually reprogram cellular memory.
